everything about this purchase was good. it arrived packaged well. the engineered wood was not like cheap particle board. it will stay together despite the humidity here. all the parts were included. the three different bolts were packaged separately and they included an extra bolt for each. it was very easy to assemble. no words. but the schematic was easy to follow. actually, the assembly was pretty intuitive. i really did not need directions. most of all, when fully assemble, it is a nice piece of furniture. and the adjustable desk height is simple and well crafted.overall, excellent.
