I plan on using this for 2 things. One, this is perfect to use with my woodfired pizza oven. I always needed a good cleanable table to put my unbaked pizza on while I’m using the oven. And 2, my propane griddle fits perfectly on it. This is very sturdy and easy to put together. They put this really good peel off plastic to keep it protected during delivery. And I like how I can put the second shelf where I want it. That’s a plus. I highly recommend this prep table. And the price is unbelievably inexpensive. Best purchase I made this year.
